The 420-bed student palace on Palić will be completed next year.
The Palić vacation park, which is being built since 2014, will be next to Avale and Zlatibor, the third destination in Serbia to stay students from the region. The complex is in five stages and costs about 500 million dinars. The project includes, among other things, an Olympic pool and congress hall, and the resort should become the center for camps and gathering young people from all over Europe.
The site will be built on 4.5 hectares. Works under the second phase, running “Tončev gradnja” from Surdulica, are underway and for which the completion is scheduled for December 7, but the works are late for about a month and a day.
– Up to 250 million dinars have been invested so far, and with the completion of the second phase, the total value of the investment will be around 300 million dinars.
